Damage & Loss Policy
If a rental item is lost or returned broken or damaged in any way, the client will be charged the total purchasing cost of the item. Client agrees to provide a valid credit or debit card at time of reservation. Fees will be due upon billing. Any damage to rentals will result in fees being charged for loss/damage. Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after the conclusion of the event, and all visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
